I am absolutely in love with this track. A throwback track at that, but perfect, and far beyond its time (release in 1991 if you're curious). Devine, sublime is the only way to describe this gem of a track. And this track is certainly a hidden gem. This takes you back to some old school deep house. The vocals by themselves are something that is lost in todays big room EDM business. It tells a story, where you can visualize this poor woman singing. The chorus line is purposefully very lazy which is something that makes this track even more interesting. Crystal destinctive "la-da-dee, la-da-da", even mimics the tired voice of this gypsy woman. The synth is soothing and the beat is groovy. This mix updates it a little to the modern age, making it a minimalist track with a magical deep house feel. Overall, a definitively unique track. It doesn't matter how old it is, this track is timeless. Enjoy.
